“Blue Velvet” follows the story of Jeffrey Beaumont (played by the greatest of all time, Kyle Maclachlan) as he returns home from college to visit with his ill father.
The film begins when Jeffrey finds a severed ear in a vacant field. 👂 With the help of the detective’s daughter (the adorable Laura Dern), he starts investigating the mystery. Their search leads them to the enigmatic lounge singer Dorothy Vallens (the timeless Isabella Rossellini). As Jeffrey becomes increasingly captivated by her, he’s pulled deeper into a dark criminal underworld…one ruled by the depraved, laughing-gas-huffing lunatic Frank Booth. ⛽️
