“Mulholland Drive” is a cinematic masterpiece, a beloved arthouse staple, and one of David Lynch’s most well-loved and well-known films. At its heart are the characters of Betty and Rita—two women whose identities blur and shift as their Hollywood dreams melt into a haunting puzzle of desire, illusion, and heartbreak… 🧩
The film follows Betty (played by one of my favorites, Naomi Watts) as she temporarily moves into her aunt’s Los Angeles apartment, enchanted by the glitz and glamor of Hollywood; her dreams of becoming a famous actress just within reach. When she unexpectedly meets Rita (Laura Harring), a woman suffering from apparent amnesia, the two embark on a surreal journey to uncover the truth about Rita’s identity. The bond they make becomes intimate and fragile and ultimately gets shattered by the brutal truth lurking beneath the beautifully complex dream that is “Mulholland Drive.”

• All yarn is gently washed and rinsed. Each skein is lovingly hand-dyed, which makes them all unique. Please be mindful that upon first wash, a little dye may bleed, just like a good new pair of jeans! Even though many of these bases are superwash merino wool, I still recommend hand washing to prolong the life of your yarn/garments
• I have done my best to accurately capture the colors of the skein, however, colors may vary slightly
• Swatches shown are knit with Donna DK and my ✨new✨ Ghostwood Eco DK
